The event took place from 10am on Tuesday 10th to approx 6pm on Wednesday 11 th October.

Circus Futures offered delegates :

A conference with key note speakers and breakout sessions

A series of showcases, each produced especially for Circus Futures

Lunch on both days and dinner on Tuesday evening

Transport to each and from the showcases

A full brochure offering booking details of each of the acts presented and technical specifications

A ‘goodie bag’ with additional marketing information

Access to the Circus Market stalls at lunchtime both days

In addition, Circus Futures project staff were available before, during and after the conference to discuss and support future programming decisions.

Cost:

£170 + VAT per delegate

Discounted fee of £100 + VAT for practitioners (those appearing in the showcase are offered free passes.)
